American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Prices are posted per item, by the dozen or by the pound, and most shops now take cards and mobile payment.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 6 am–3 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. New Rochelle is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and New Rochelle follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Was excited to try this place. Since it was across the street from my apt. Had terrible experience. Was ordering for myself and my friends in the middle of ordering the lady who works there cut me off and was talking to the person behind me. Then she left to the back & when she came out all our orders were wrong and I told her we didn’t even finish ordering and she cut us off. Her excuse was she knew the lady in the back & we were taking long to order never even apologized. Will never go back, if you want terrible customer service this is the spot.

Consistent with many of the other reviews - shotty inconsistent service and pricing. A genuine shame. You can go over the course of a week, the price of the same order might vary up and down.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese but received it without any and had to drive back. Instead of taking accountability, they said I wasn’t charged for cream cheese and then charged me more. Poor service and no ownership of their mistake.

We are so disappointed! We've been coming here for years and they have always been so good. Is there a new owner? I'm trying to understand the change. We went in this morning to grab a couple of bagels with cream cheese. In the past I used to have to take some cream cheese out they used to load it up. This time we barely got a smear. We got 2 bagels with cream cheese and a muffin for $11!!!! And this is what we got? The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the bagels themselves are still very good. I could always go in and buy them plain but I don't appreciate getting ripped off.

I had to take the time this morning to write a review on this place. Not only was I charged $ 9.95 for this plain bagel with egg whites,Swiss ,avocado, and home fries but when I got home to eat it , it looked this this!. Sloppy with avocado that looked like it could possibly get you sick. I actually had them banned for over a year because they kept getting my orders wrong but I figured I give the a chance and I was disappointed like always.! I hope the owner sees this and speaks to his workers. I don’t care about the price but at least make you food like if you were the one eating it.
